TALLY PRIME 4.0 SKILL TRAINING

The Department of Management Studies in association with Training and Skill Development organized skill training on Tally Prime. The skill training for first-year students was conducted to introduce foundational concepts and practical applications of Tally Prime and enhance the students' understanding of accounting software and its relevance in professional settings. The duration of the training is from November 28 to December 1,2023. And facilitator for the training was Mrs.J.Evangeline Kiruba AP/MBA. Hands-on sessions guiding students through Tally Prime's navigation and initial company setup, Data Entry and Voucher Handling, In-depth training on fundamental accounting principles and their application, and Inventory Management in Tally Prime were taught to the students. Additionally, comprehensive sessions covering Goods and Services Tax (GST) concepts and practical implementation were imparted in Tally Prime. The Tally Prime skill training for first-year students proved successful in achieving its objectives. Students gained practical insights into Tally Prime, laying a strong foundation for their future use of accounting software in professional settings.
