Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after the payment of fees.
Non-Refundable Items: ST XAVIERS EDUCATIONAL TRUST does not accept cancellation requests for non-refundable items such as application fees, or any other fees explicitly mentioned as non-refundable in the college prospectus. However, a refund or adjustment can be made if the student establishes that an error was made in the fee transaction or that the services were not rendered as promised within two days.
